Abstract

Women are an important aspect of the society and corporates. As per the ESG guidelines disclosures have to be made for Environmental, Social and Governance aspect. ESG scores reflect the quality of these disclosure. Diversity and Inclusion form an essential aspect of such reporting whereby the representation of women employees in corporates is reflected. Representation of women must be a deliberate effort by the corporates not only it is essential for wellbeing of the society but because it improves ESG scores and attracts investors and in the long run the value of the organisation.
